III. Acceptable Uses of Fund
The FNIP Board will vote on the acceptable uses of the funds on a case-by-case basis. Projects include – sidewalk code violation abatements, replacement and repair of existing damaged public sidewalks, including sidewalks crossing driveway approaches (sidewalk portion only). Sidewalks on private property and any new public sidewalk construction are not eligible for this program.
IV. Terms of the Fund
- The recipients (and their contractors) will have six months from approval notification to complete the project.
- Upon project completion, finished project pictures, a paid receipt, or a cancelled check must be submitted to FNIP prior to reimbursing the homeowner. Ferguson Public Works may conduct an inspection pursuant to detailed plans and any building permits (if required).
